The two columns in this picture show where physical (hardcover, paperback) and e-books are available. In the cases of MacLeod Highland Outfitters in Moncton, NB and Tidewater Books in Sackville, NB, only the paperbacks are for sale, on consignment. Chapters now has it available online for in-store pick-up or home delivery. I will update this post as I learn more.
